Ed and Amy Perkins created Sassafras Farm as a way of life.
Growing into himself during the 70's Back to the Land movement, today Ed strives to create a livable world for his children and grandchildren.
He has dedicated his life to living with the land and utilizing the bounty it has to offer the surrounding Athens community.
